Salt Lake County has an urban wildlife program to help with the removal of skunks and raccoons in certain areas.  It is operated by APHIS U.S. Department of Agriculture.  Check on the link below for the brochure information.

APHIS provides education and trapping service, Monday through Friday. They do not trap on weekends.
