Report a Problem

Submit public works related issues/requests, such as potholes, storm drain obstruction, debris in road, etc.

Road Issue Examples

  • Report Traffic Sign down or missing: (Stop Sign, One Way, Do Not Enter, No Right/Left Turn, Keep Right, Yield, "Hazard" signs)
  • Traffic and pedestrian signal outage & malfunction
  • Street lights
  • Debris in roadway
  • Tree blocking roadway or sidewalk
  • Manhole cover missing
  • Severe sidewalk, curb, and gutter damage
  • Street flooding or plugged catch basin Hazardous Waste Spills Contact Information:

Fuel and oil spills, pesticides, concrete washouts, mobile cleaners, abandoned drums, meth properties, housing, bioterrorism, grease overflows:  Contact the Salt Lake County Health Department (801) 580-6681

Hazardous spill that could enter stream, lake, or other body of water:  Call 9-1-1 and report to Local Fire Department

Sewer or Water Issues Contact Information: For water line break or no water pressure, contact the White City Water Improvement District (801) 571-3991. For sewer issues, contact Sandy Suburban Improvement District if you are experiencing a sewer backup in your home, at (801) 561-7662.
