Neil Mahoney holds the office of White City Councilmember, Seat C, and he has lived in White City for the past 18 years.

He is a Wealth Manager for Modera. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant and Director of Integration for Oak Wealth Advisors. As a Certified Financial Planner, he provides financial planning and investment advice, with a special focus on supporting special needs families.

Neil has experience working for both small and large businesses, including a major bank in Atlanta. He also worked as a Deputy Clerk/Auditor for Wasatch County, where he gained direct experience in government finance. In that role, he was responsible for preparing two countywide budgets, collaborating closely with department heads on their budget requests.

With his background, Neil brings strong research and analytical skills to his role on the council, studying all perspectives before making decisions. He is curious, thoughtful, and always willing to listen.

Neil and his wife, Rebecca, celebrated 30 years of marriage this year. They have twin sons and a daughter. A significant part of his life has been shaped by learning from his sons, who have profound disabilities.
