Notice is hereby given that on March 6, 2025 the White City Council passed Ordinance No. 2025-03, 
An Ordinance Setting Forth the Election Process for White City’s Five-Member Form of Government 
Pursuant to Utah Code Section 10-1-201.5 (H.B. 35 – 2024 Legislative Session) and to Enact 
Conforming Edits to Title 2 of the White City Municipal Code to Comply with this Ordinance.
